Dr. Kamakshi Zeidler, the Chair of the Femtech Advisory Board, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in the United States and a managing partner at AESTHETX in California. After acquiring her Bachelors of Art in Biology from Rice University, she completed her medical training at the University of California San Francisco, where she also completed residencies in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as a postdoctoral research fellowship focused on stem cell applications in wound healing.

Dr. Zeidler is recognized for her expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, as well as her work in advancing new technologies from research to clinical application. She is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery.

Dr. Zeidler provides the Femtech Advisory Board strategic leadership and clinical expertise to support the development of innovative solutions in women’s health and breast surgery.

Dr. Federico Flaherty is a plastic surgeon based in Argentina, specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. He completed his medical degree at the University of Buenos Aires and his surgical training in General and Plastic Surgery at Churruca Hospital. He is a member of the Argentine Society of Plastic Surgery (SACPER) and the Buenos Aires Society of Plastic Surgery (SCPBA), and from 2021 through 2022 was the Partner Society Associate Editor, Editorial Board of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal.

Dr. Flaherty currently serves as Head of the Plastic Surgery Service at Otamendi Medical Center and co-director of its breast unit. He is also the founder and president of the Mamamia Foundation, focused on breast reconstruction, and the author of Breast Reconstruction: A Scientific Guide Inspired by Life Stories. Additionally, he holds numerous trainings and specializations in the United States, Spain and Brazil with leading references in the field.

His work is defined by surgical precision, a strong commitment to patient safety, and active involvement in international training and education. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective to advancing breast surgery and patient care.

Peter Caldini joined the Company as the President in August 2024.  Prior to joining, Peter worked as a consultant with the Company’s leadership team to identify efficiencies and cost savings. Before that, Peter was the Chief Executive Officer at Acreage Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company, from December 2020 to June 2023. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer and a director at Bespoke Capital Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition corporation, from June 2019 until December 2020. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Pfizer, Inc., including Regional President North America for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare from 2017 to 2019; Regional President EMEA of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare from 2016 to 2017, and leader of the Northern European cluster from 2015 to 2016. From 2009 to 2014, Peter held roles of increasing responsibility at Bayer Consumer Healthcare, including leading the Global Nutritionals Strategic Business Unit and running a sub-region of emerging markets in EMEA. And from 2002 to 2009, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare in the US and Internationally. Peter received a Masters of International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA, Political Science from Boston University.

Sus principales áreas de interés son la cirugía estética mamaria, la reconstrucción mamaria con matriz dérmica acelular (ADM), la reconstrucción mamaria con colgajos libres y la cirugía estética mamaria (implantes anatómicos, injertos de grasa). Sus áreas de especialización incluyen la superficie de los implantes mamarios, la evaluación de nuevos dispositivos en cirugía plástica y la cirugía estética facial.

Es miembro del Consejo Médico General, validado en Suiza y tiene experiencia profesional en Zurich y en Madrid. 

Es autor de capítulos en libros especializados y sus trabajos se publicaron en revistas de renombre, como Aesthetic Plastic Surgery y Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. El Dr. Mayo es miembro activo de la sociedad científica, incluida la Sociedad Española de Cirugía Plástica Reparadora y Estética (SECPRE), la Asociación Española de Cirugía Estética Plástica (AECEP), la Sociedad Internacional de Cirugía Plástica Estética y la Sociedad Estadounidense de Cirugía Plástica. Dr. Alexandre Mendonça Munhoz, médico y Dr. Es profesor adjunto de Cirugía Plástica y Cirugía de Mama de la División de Cirugía Plástica en la Universidad de San Pablo y la Escuela de Medicina en San Pablo, Brasil, y miembro de pleno derecho de la Sociedad Brasileña de Cirugía Plástica (SBCP). Participa como miembro invitado de los consultores internacionales de las revistas Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery y Breast Journal desde 2006.

El Prof. Ardeshir Bayat es director de la Unidad de Curación de Heridas del Consejo de Investigación Médica y profesor de la Universidad de Ciudad del Cabo (Sudáfrica). Se le considera un experto en la curación de heridas, la reparación cutánea y la cicatrización de la piel, con experiencia reconocida internacionalmente en tecnología de superficies de implantes, fibrosis y contractura capsular. Se formó como científico cirujano con un doctorado en genética molecular de la fibrosis. Es autor de numerosas publicaciones científicas revisadas por colegas (más de 500 artículos hasta la fecha). Participa regularmente como ponente invitado en conferencias nacionales e internacionales sobre reparación de tejidos (más de 600 conferencias hasta la fecha) y forma parte de los consejos editoriales de varias revistas.

Su equipo ha creado y patentado nuevas superficies biomiméticas y sigue trabajando en el desarrollo de modelos para comprender el proceso de interacción entre la superficie celular y la fibrosis capsular y su modulación en relación con las superficies de los implantes. Su índice h, 232, es el más alto de la historia de la ingeniería. Cuenta con más de 1130 patentes concedidas y pendientes, licenciadas o sublicenciadas a más de 300 empresas. Entre 1999 y 2002, fue presidente del Comité Científico de la FDA (comité de asesoría de más alto nivel). Langer es una de las pocas personas elegidas para formar parte de la Academia Nacional de Medicina, la Academia Nacional de Ingeniería, la Academia Nacional de Ciencias y la Academia Nacional de Inventores. Es una de las cuatro personas vivas que recibió la Medalla Nacional de la Ciencia y la Medalla Nacional de la Tecnología y la Innovación de Estados Unidos. En 2015, el Dr. Langer recibió el Premio Reina Isabel de Ingeniería. Anteriormente, el Sr. Mansbach ocupó puestos de creciente responsabilidad en el Departamento Jurídico de Kimberly-Clark Corporation durante más de diez años. Previamente, el Sr. Mansbach fue socio del bufete de abogados Powell Goldstein Frazer & Murphy, ahora conocido como Bryan Cave. Notable accomplishments include restructuring the commercial function and transforming the German market. In his current role, Mr. Bilic strategically leads Establishment Labs®‘ commercial efforts, overseeing both the channel and direct markets and shaping B2B and B2B2C strategies for market leadership. He represents Establishment Labs® in the non-U.S. plastic surgery market and drives innovative marketing approaches globally. Prior to joining Establishment Labs®, he held key positions at Polytech and Allergan and holds a Master of Business Administration from Hult International Business School.

Raj has been part of Establishment Labs® since February 2021. Before his current role as SVP, Global Strategy, he served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2021 to 2026. Raj joined the company from Jefferies Group, LLC where he was a Managing Director and led the U.S. medical device research team for eleven years, including coverage of Establishment Labs®. He covered the medical device industry as an equity research analyst for over twenty years. Raj has a bachelor’s degree in biology from UC Berkeley, a master’s degree in physiology from Georgetown University, and an MBA from Cornell University.

Sandra Harris serves as Chief Financial Officer of Establishment Labs®, where she leads the company’s global finance organization and supports strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth and long-term value creation.

Harris brings extensive financial leadership experience across global, publicly traded and private equity-backed companies. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO), where she led all core financial functions and supported profitability and capital allocation initiatives. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer of Artisan Design Group, where she strengthened financial controls.

From 2019 to 2022, Harris served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Tupperware Brands, where she led a comprehensive turnaround focused on cost reduction, liquidity improvement, leverage reduction, and the transition to an omnichannel, digitally enabled business model.

Harris joined Establishment Labs® in 2026 as the company advances into its next phase of growth, bringing deep expertise in financial strategy, operational execution, and transformation to support the company’s mission of improving women’s health and wellness through innovation.

Melissa Moreira Amado joined Establishment Labs as Vice President of Global Human Resources in September 2025. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for the company’s global people strategy, in support of the company’s mission to transform women’s health worldwide.
Prior to joining Establishment Labs®, Ms. Moreira Amado served as Vice President of Global Shared Services at Bacardi, where she was responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing global shared services operations supporting Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain across multiple regions. She previously held the role of Global HR Director for Bacardi Shared Services.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Moreira Amado held senior human resources and talent leadership roles at Grupo Purdy Motor, adidas Group, British American Tobacco, and The Coca‑Cola Company, with responsibilities spanning Latin America, the Caribbean, and global operations.

Mr. Ehrhardt joined the Establishment Labs® leadership team in April of 2024 after a distinguished career in Plastic Surgery and Dermatology in the U.S. market.  He was most recently VP and General Manager of the U.S. Plastic Surgery and Regenerative Medicine business unit for Allergan Aesthetics, an Abbvie company.  In his 26 plus years at Allergan he held various senior leadership roles such as VP U.S. Commercial Operations, VP of Sales Plastic Surgery & Regenerative Medicine and VP of Sales and Marketing, U.S. Dermatology.  Notably, he was head of Dermatology Sales for the launch of Botox Cosmetic, acquisition and merger of Lifecell into the U.S. Plastic Surgery organization, acquisition and launch of Aczone®, an acne product, and the launch of the Inspira® line of breast implants.   In his role at Establishment Labs®, he will be responsible for the commercialization of the Motiva® Femtech line of breast aesthetics devices in both the U.S. and Canada.   He holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from Xavier University.

Jeffrey Bettinger joined Establishment Labs® in November 2021 from Nu Skin, a global leader in beauty and wellness, where he served as the Chief People and Places Officer. In addition, he held a variety of executive and senior leadership roles in medical devices, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and engineering.

Some of his past employers are USAA, Petco, State Farm, Fluor, and Walmart. He has had the honor of receiving regional and national recognition for leadership development and culture transformation. Moreover, he has been published on a variety of human capital topics. Mr. Bettinger has an extensive academic background, starting with a bachelor’s degree in communication, a master’s degree in Organizational Communication and Educational Administration from Idaho State University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Liberty University.
