Mr. Chacón-Quirós is the Founder and Board Director of Establishment Labs® (NASDAQ : ESTA).

Juan José Chacón Quirós har arbetat i flera sektorer av skönhetsindustrin, och har bland annat tjänstgjort i ett decennium som General Manager för medicinteknisk distributionsverksamhet i skönhetsbranschen i Latinamerika och dessförinnan som Business Development Manager för en välkänd plastik- och rekonstruktionskirurgiklinik.

Dr. Kamakshi Zeidler is a board certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in the United States, founder of Aesthetx in California, founding physician partner at Lineage, member of the Board of Directors at Octane OC, and Chair of the Establishment Labs FemTech Advisory Board.

After earning a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Rice University, she completed her medical training at the University of California San Francisco, including advanced training in plastic surgery, stem cell research focused on wound healing, and microsurgery training at Stanford University.

Her work centers on aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, with a focus on innovation, patient centered care, and advancing new technologies in women’s health.

Informed by both clinical expertise and personal experience with hereditary breast cancer risk in her family through a BRCA gene mutation, Dr. Zeidler brings strategic leadership and a multidisciplinary perspective to advancing modern breast surgery and helping shape the future of breast aesthetics and reconstruction.

Dr. Federico Flaherty is a plastic surgeon based in Argentina, specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. He completed his medical degree at the University of Buenos Aires and his surgical training in General and Plastic Surgery at Churruca Hospital. He is a member of the Argentine Society of Plastic Surgery (SACPER) and the Buenos Aires Society of Plastic Surgery (SCPBA), and from 2021 through 2022 was the Partner Society Associate Editor, Editorial Board of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal.

Dr. Flaherty currently serves as Head of the Plastic Surgery Service at Otamendi Medical Center and co-director of its breast unit. He is also the founder and president of the Mamamia Foundation, focused on breast reconstruction, and the author of Breast Reconstruction: A Scientific Guide Inspired by Life Stories. Additionally, he holds numerous trainings and specializations in the United States, Spain and Brazil with leading references in the field.

His work is defined by surgical precision, a strong commitment to patient safety, and active involvement in international training and education. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective to advancing breast surgery and patient care.

Peter Caldini joined the Company as the President in August 2024.  Prior to joining, Peter worked as a consultant with the Company’s leadership team to identify efficiencies and cost savings. Before that, Peter was the Chief Executive Officer at Acreage Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company, from December 2020 to June 2023. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer and a director at Bespoke Capital Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition corporation, from June 2019 until December 2020. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Pfizer, Inc., including Regional President North America for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare from 2017 to 2019; Regional President EMEA of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare from 2016 to 2017, and leader of the Northern European cluster from 2015 to 2016. From 2009 to 2014, Peter held roles of increasing responsibility at Bayer Consumer Healthcare, including leading the Global Nutritionals Strategic Business Unit and running a sub-region of emerging markets in EMEA. And from 2002 to 2009, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare in the US and Internationally. Peter received a Masters of International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA, Political Science from Boston University.

Dr Mayo föddes i Spanien 1967 och har en examen i medicin och kirurgi från Universidad Complutense de Madrid, en doktorsexamen i forskningsfärdigheter från Universidad Complutense de Madrid och en medicinsk specialitet i plastisk estetisk och rekonstruktiv kirurgi sedan 2001, erkänd i Storbritannien. Han är medlem i General Medical Council, validerad i Schweiz och har varit yrkesverksam i Zürich och för närvarande i Madrid. 

Han är författare till kapitel i fackböcker och hans verk har publicerats i kända tidskrifter, såsom Aesthetic Plastic Surgery och Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. Dr Dennis Hammond, legitimerad plastikkirurg av American Board of Plastic Surgery, är en av världens mest erkända och respekterade auktoriteter inom bröstestetisk och rekonstruktiv kirurgi. Dr Alexandre Mendonça Munhoz, M.D., PhD. är biträdande professor i plastikkirurgi på bröstkirurgiavdelningen inom plastikkirurgi vid University of São Paulo School of Medicine i São Paolo, Brasilien och fullvärdig medlem i Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery (SBCP). Sedan 2006 deltar han som gästmedlem bland de internationella konsulterna till Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery och Breast Journal.

Under perioden 2010-2014 tog Dr Munhoz över rollen som permanent medlem av redaktionen för Annals of Plastic Surgery och samordningen av National Commission of Breast Reconstruction of Brazilian Society of Plastic Surgery.

Dr.Munhoz har för närvarande 27 vetenskapliga utmärkelser relaterade till forskning inom plastikkirurgi, 145 publicerade vetenskapliga artiklar, varav 124 indexerade i PubMed-plattformen, 93 publikationer som första författare och inom området estetisk och rekonstruktiv bröstkirurgi, vilket resulterade i cirka 2967 citat med ett h-index på 29.

Dr. Anna Steve is a New York City-based plastic surgeon specializing in aesthetic breast surgery, with a focus on natural-looking, small-volume augmentations. Her practice is defined by a patient-centered philosophy and the refinement of surgical techniques that prioritize subtle, proportionate results with minimal downtime.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Steve is an active speaker and educator, dedicated to improving communication between surgeons and patients. She is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and serves as a peer reviewer for Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery and PRS Global Open. She has also presented her work on breast implant technology and patient-centered outcomes at national and international plastic surgery conferences, as well as at academic and industry forums including Columbia Business School and NASDAQ Investors Day on behalf of Establishment Labs.

Prof. Ardeshir Bayat är chef för Medical Research Council Wound Healing Unit och professor vid University of Cape Town, i sydafrikanska Kapstaden. Han anses vara en expert på sårläkning, hudreparation och hudärrbildning, med internationellt erkänd expertis inom implantatytteknologi, fibros och kapselkontraktur. Han utbildade sig till kirurg-forskare med en doktorsexamen i molekylär genetik hos fibros. Han har publicerat mycket i peer-granskad vetenskaplig litteratur (över 500 artiklar hittills). Han bjuds regelbundet in att tala vid både nationella och internationella konferenser om vävnadsreparation (över 600 konferenser hittills) och sitter i redaktion för flera tidskrifter.

Hans team har skapat och patenterat nya biomimetiska ytor och fortsätter att arbeta med att utveckla modeller för att förstå processen med cellyteinteraktion/kapselfibros och dess modulering relaterad till implantatytor. Robert Langeris är institutionsprofessor vid MIT (det finns 13 institutprofessorer vid MIT; en institutionsprofessor är den högsta ära som tilldelas en fakultetsmedlem). In his current role, Mr. Bilic strategically leads Establishment Labs®‘ commercial efforts, overseeing both the channel and direct markets and shaping B2B and B2B2C strategies for market leadership. He represents Establishment Labs® in the non-U.S. plastic surgery market and drives innovative marketing approaches globally. Prior to joining Establishment Labs®, he held key positions at Polytech and Allergan and holds a Master of Business Administration from Hult International Business School.

Roberto har lett flera viktiga forskningsprojekt som har varit nyckeln till den forskningsbaserade designen av våra FemTech-teknologier, och står som författare till peer-granskade publikationer. Från 2006 till 2009 tjänstgjorde han i olika ingenjörs- och kvalitetschefspositioner hos Allergan Medical Costa Rica.

Han har en kandidatexamen i företagsekonomi från Universidad Interamericana de Costa Rica och en kandidatexamen i Industrial Environmental Health and Safety Engineering från Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica.

Sandra Harris serves as Chief Financial Officer of Establishment Labs®, where she leads the company’s global finance organization and supports strategic initiatives to drive profitable growth and long-term value creation.

Harris brings extensive financial leadership experience across global, publicly traded and private equity-backed companies. Most recently, she served as Senior Vice President, Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Genesco Inc. (NYSE: GCO), where she led all core financial functions and supported profitability and capital allocation initiatives. Previously, she was Chief Financial Officer of Artisan Design Group, where she strengthened financial controls.

From 2019 to 2022, Harris served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Tupperware Brands, where she led a comprehensive turnaround focused on cost reduction, liquidity improvement, leverage reduction, and the transition to an omnichannel, digitally enabled business model.

Harris joined Establishment Labs® in 2026 as the company advances into its next phase of growth, bringing deep expertise in financial strategy, operational execution, and transformation to support the company’s mission of improving women’s health and wellness through innovation.

Melissa Moreira Amado joined Establishment Labs as Vice President of Global Human Resources in September 2025. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, she is responsible for the company’s global people strategy, in support of the company’s mission to transform women’s health worldwide.
Prior to joining Establishment Labs®, Ms. Moreira Amado served as Vice President of Global Shared Services at Bacardi, where she was responsible for setting the strategic direction and overseeing global shared services operations supporting Finance, Human Resources, and Supply Chain across multiple regions. She previously held the role of Global HR Director for Bacardi Shared Services.
Earlier in her career, Ms. Moreira Amado held senior human resources and talent leadership roles at Grupo Purdy Motor, adidas Group, British American Tobacco, and The Coca‑Cola Company, with responsibilities spanning Latin America, the Caribbean, and global operations.

Mr. Ehrhardt joined the Establishment Labs® leadership team in April of 2024 after a distinguished career in Plastic Surgery and Dermatology in the U.S. market.  He was most recently VP and General Manager of the U.S. Plastic Surgery and Regenerative Medicine business unit for Allergan Aesthetics, an Abbvie company.  In his 26 plus years at Allergan he held various senior leadership roles such as VP U.S. Commercial Operations, VP of Sales Plastic Surgery & Regenerative Medicine and VP of Sales and Marketing, U.S. Dermatology.  Notably, he was head of Dermatology Sales for the launch of Botox Cosmetic, acquisition and merger of Lifecell into the U.S. Plastic Surgery organization, acquisition and launch of Aczone®, an acne product, and the launch of the Inspira® line of breast implants.   In his role at Establishment Labs®, he will be responsible for the commercialization of the Motiva® Femtech line of breast aesthetics devices in both the U.S. and Canada.   He holds undergraduate degrees in Finance and Marketing from the University of Cincinnati and an M.B.A. from Xavier University.

Global Head of People

Jeffrey Bettinger joined Establishment Labs® in November 2021 from Nu Skin, a global leader in beauty and wellness, where he served as the Chief People and Places Officer. In addition, he held a variety of executive and senior leadership roles in medical devices, financial services, pharmaceuticals, and engineering.

Some of his past employers are USAA, Petco, State Farm, Fluor, and Walmart. He has had the honor of receiving regional and national recognition for leadership development and culture transformation. Moreover, he has been published on a variety of human capital topics. Mr. Bettinger has an extensive academic background, starting with a bachelor’s degree in communication, a master’s degree in Organizational Communication and Educational Administration from Idaho State University, and a Master’s in Business Administration from Liberty University.
