DR. KAMAKSHI
MD, FACS
Dr. Kamakshi Zeidler, the Chair of the Femtech Advisory Board, is a plastic and reconstructive surgeon based in the United States and a managing partner at AESTHETX in California. After acquiring her Bachelors of Art in Biology from Rice University, she completed her medical training at the University of California San Francisco, where she also completed residencies in general surgery and plastic and reconstructive surgery, as well as a postdoctoral research fellowship focused on stem cell applications in wound healing.
Dr. Zeidler is recognized for her expertise in both aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, as well as her work in advancing new technologies from research to clinical application. She is an active member of multiple professional organizations, including the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society for Reconstructive Microsurgery.
Dr. Zeidler provides the Femtech Advisory Board strategic leadership and clinical expertise to support the development of innovative solutions in women’s health and breast surgery.

Dr. Federico Flaherty is a plastic surgeon based in Argentina, specializing in aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery. He completed his medical degree at the University of Buenos Aires and his surgical training in General and Plastic Surgery at Churruca Hospital. He is a member of the Argentine Society of Plastic Surgery (SACPER) and the Buenos Aires Society of Plastic Surgery (SCPBA), and from 2021 through 2022 was the Partner Society Associate Editor, Editorial Board of the Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Journal.
Dr. Flaherty currently serves as Head of the Plastic Surgery Service at Otamendi Medical Center and co-director of its breast unit. He is also the founder and president of the Mamamia Foundation, focused on breast reconstruction, and the author of Breast Reconstruction: A Scientific Guide Inspired by Life Stories. Additionally, he holds numerous trainings and specializations in the United States, Spain and Brazil with leading references in the field.
His work is defined by surgical precision, a strong commitment to patient safety, and active involvement in international training and education. He brings a multidisciplinary perspective to advancing breast surgery and patient care.

Peter Caldini joined the Company as the President in August 2024. Prior to joining, Peter worked as a consultant with the Company’s leadership team to identify efficiencies and cost savings. Before that, Peter was the Chief Executive Officer at Acreage Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded company, from December 2020 to June 2023. Prior to that, he was the Chief Executive Officer and a director at Bespoke Capital Acquisition Corp., a special purpose acquisition corporation, from June 2019 until December 2020. Prior to that, he held positions of increasing responsibility at Pfizer, Inc., including Regional President North America for Pfizer Consumer Healthcare from 2017 to 2019; Regional President EMEA of Pfizer Consumer Healthcare from 2016 to 2017, and leader of the Northern European cluster from 2015 to 2016. From 2009 to 2014, Peter held roles of increasing responsibility at Bayer Consumer Healthcare, including leading the Global Nutritionals Strategic Business Unit and running a sub-region of emerging markets in EMEA. And from 2002 to 2009, he held roles of increasing responsibility at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare in the US and Internationally. Peter received a Masters of International Economics and Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, an MBA from Northeastern University and a BA, Political Science from Boston University.
